We want you to love your AuraLights purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're happy to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.

How to Return

To start a return, email us at support@auralights.shop with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you return instructions within 1–2 business days.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at support@auralights.shop with a photo and your order number. We'll make it right with a replacement or full refund.

Non-Returnable Items

Items that are damaged due to misuse, or items returned after 30 days, are not eligible for a refund.
